Evelyn obtained her law degree from New York University School of Law. Evelyn earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowdoin College where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and also attended Mt. Holyoke College. Evelyn has been practicing law for more than 20 years and has extensive experience in general commercial litigation, personal injury defense, medical malpractice, administrative law, employment law, public employment disability, public labor law, including practice before the Public Employment Review Board (“PERB”), and corporate/commercial law including mergers, acquisitions, corporate finance, dealer/distributor networks, and banking (including lending and compliance). Evelyn brings her experience, expertise, enthusiasm, and energy to the firmand presently works on a broad range of New York litigation matters, including appeals. Evelyn is also an active member of the Westchester County Bar Association where she serves as co-chair of the Diversity Committee.
